Emails:
- At KPMG, I lead newsletter development for all firm-wide news. This includes leading the design, drafting and delivery of this firm-wide email every week.
- The SFMC content support I provided for the State of Kentucky was 6 journeys in English and Spanish, including email and SMS. However, since these emails contained sensitive health information, I cannot provide them. One of our journeys was a contact tracing solution that automated their check-in process, saving them hundreds of thousands of dollars in manpower during COVID-19. This journey in particular won the 2021 Partner Innovation Award from Salesforce in October 2021.
Landing Pages:
- I cannot show an example since it’s internal only, but I led a team of contractors (10 or so people) to redesign our intranet at KPMG. Multiple stages of user testing, research and UAT to bring a completely new landing page for KPMG US.
- I also helped with the redesign of Kentucky's benefits web pages, which started with this home page and expanded to Kynect. I was not responsible for the branding but more for the layout and experience. These pages would feed into our SMFC journeys as you navigate towards actions.
- I also helped with the redesign of the Booz Allen landing page when they went through their modernization – helped with user testing, design concepts and more. Website can be found here: https://www.boozallen.com/
